Ruminations on the mindful body...
Is it a problem? Or is it a state of being?
This brings to mind conjugations and verb forms...to be...to be or not to be...mindful.
Full of mind? Inverse of mind-less?
And where does the body fit in? Does it fit at all? Are you fit? Do you care? Do you seek greater fit-ness? Are you constantly "mindful" of your physical self? Is that mindfulness? Or is that just preoccupation? And what is your occupation? What occupies your world? Your thoughts...your _mind_. And your body.
What a concept - what occupies (y)our body?
Is it an invasion from Mars?
Or a sense of peace? Is such a thing possible anymore?
What about tranquility or oneness* with the universe?
Or something in between.
Or something that oscillates from one to the other...
*"The first peace, which is the most important, is that which comes within the souls of people when they realize their relationship, their oneness with the universe and all its powers, and when they realize that at the center of the universe dwells the Great Spirit, and that this center is really everywhere, it is within each of us. --Black Elk (1863-1950) pulled from Wagingpeace.org"
